sd.de - who scratches whose back and why?

I was updated throughout the evening to "SD" now chosen to act against sd.de page on the internet and made a press release by Newsdesk on this:

It seems to me anyway clear that the "SD" now chosen to do publicity "sd.de-hand" meant.

On page Nikke Index asks whether it is about trademark infringement or not and I agree with Nikke that the question really is two;

- First, if there is the issue of trademark infringement
- First, a dispute regarding who has the greatest rights to the domain name.

I'm not going to get into speculating on how the ADR and the district would argue, but only note that the name is a domain dispute, which needs to be a defendant in a legal dispute. If that does not exist, so the risk is imminent that the candidate be awarded the domain to "walk over", because when the provider is able to hear the one party's version. Then if the litigation is started, it's obviously a great risk that the domain is transferred to the SD, since the holder to sd.de are fictional and therefore not reachable.

Should this happen, which is then likely means sd.de campaign to "SD" strengthened its position in the SERP considerably.

On the issue of "trademark infringement" so I would like to link to my favorite link on the PRV's website:

My point is that a trademark need not be registered, but can also be the question of "the public known as" words "established brand", but again I do not want to speculate on any outcome for this.

However, what made me respond was the name of "SD"'s lawyer as the press release Mikael Viborg, and thought immediately that "the name I recognize" and googled and found http://www.friatider.se/kampanj-mot-sd -was-criminal-varumarkesintrang and http://www.friatider.se/sverigedemokraterna-agerar-mot-varumarkesintrang

What I'm reacting to is that Mikael Viborg, for a significant t d was the Pirate Bay, TPB's legal representative. TPB as well, after all, you may say is an important seed for the idea of Party Pirate Party, PP was born.
Mikael Viborg is also explicitly PP supporters http://wp.nu/MVPP

But it is not the only thing that I react to in my search on Michael, but also WHERE I can find these articles - So I find this news article in the form only here and nowhere else, thus in the online magazine "friatider.se". An online magazine that I did not even know until tonight and it could not have been around for very long because the domain is registered 2009-12-07

As editor of "friatider.se" we find Widar North, who is another PP supporters http://wp.nu/WNPP
I have known for quite a bit about Widar, but little has been positive across the board - a "bright guy".
It has, however, gives me a sour taste in the mouth is that the majority of the content on "friatider.se" (in my eyes anyway) is guided by xenophobia.

It makes me really to start thinking about that .. sd.de first initiative was strongly Nazi-inspired in the colors, fonts, name (George Goebbels) and picture (morph picture of Joseph Goebbels).
Then sent ( that I've written about ) link tip via Twitter to two leading figures in the PP and then fade it down Nazi tone of sd.de and choose when to use the PP party color purple on the side along with SD's fonts.

I can not say except that I get strange vibe to it ..

As I pointed out in my two previous posts, there are a number of PP supporters who clearly gave his "blessing" to sd.de initiative. here and here
But then we have PP supporters are Viborg and North as well be considered to go against the "wounded no one."

I do not really know what to believe ..
cooperate SD and PP?
renegade?
factions?
a devilish PR coup à la "feeling sorry for me"?

If this were the case, so it's particularly interesting to see newspapers as SVD and DN has allowed itself to be manipulated on the road
- Oh now I am just ridiculously conspiratorial .. but regardless, it seems that the initiative is indeed likely to get some attention - the question is again - for the benefit of whom?

Well written and informative as usual from you, Peter.
I think the whole campaign will promote SD. They have so often stated that they are serving the truth and no others dare to debate with them and everyone else working against them.

the page is, so to speak further confirmation that no one dares argue with them and that they disparaged. There is said to strengthen the conviction of SD supporters even more. Now that they also may be presented with this trademark infringement.
It is there not much matter whether it is a real intrusion and how a dispute settlement will go.
Well the fact that it is perceived as sympathizers of will strengthen them in his theory of alienation and silenced truth-.

They are thus entitled to equal the loose grouping known as the Truth Movement, which I had some battles with. Resistance only strengthens them.

Not that I was a little difficult to understand-free times, but although many Sweden Democrats seem to have misunderstood the content of the (if you look at their comments) so it is hardly a SD product. Read this excellent column, for example: http://www.friatider.se/darfor-rostar-du-pa-sve ...

Of course I am currently looking for contact with Vidar to hear his image. I tend to do so. Talk to the question before I write. :-)

You must excuse me Nikke, but I have a bit hard to see the relevance of the post if I were asked Widar about what he thinks of that I think he is a "bright guy" or that I believe that the majority of the content on the friatider.se my eyes, guided by xenophobia - I am fully capable of doing that myself to speak up about and consider, but his commentary on the whole, any more than I initially asked for comment from Mikael Viborg about the fact that he is SD's counsel.

Jadu - something that seemed relatively simple has become, uh, less easily. Regardless of how the tours and go on. The site was to draw attention to, what they think, are the negative sides of the SDS policy - it has now created enormous attention to them in a way that I did not think was intended.

About your conspiratorial thinking is right - then it may be, after all, say it was well planned and somewhere they have succeeded with their promotional piece? And maybe just start to a more attention? Timing is also nicely planned.

All advertising is good advertising.

@ John - I do not know if you need special conspiratorial thoughts .. I mean - whatever - the idea I might have, so it is a bit odd that the people who appeared on this initiative - they are all members of the PP. I think it is strange for short ..
